Demo terms — this is not a live production marketplace. No real money is processed. Test mode only.

Membership

Membership is a recurring R99/month subscription per account, covering onboarding and identity verification. A single account may both send and carry parcels. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is managed through your account.

Commission

CarryOn charges 15% commission on the agreed delivery price. External payment processing fees are accounted for separately under the approved fee policy.

Payments & payouts

Delivery payments are processed through a hosted checkout. Carrier payouts become eligible only after a delivery is confirmed complete. Payouts are not instant and depend on settlement by the payment provider.

Eligibility

Only identity-verified members may complete restricted marketplace transactions (carrying parcels and accepting delivery bookings). Unverified members may browse the public marketplace freely.
